I am a dispute resolution professional with varied national and international experience in different modes of ADR. I am a trained cross culture mediator and have attained my LLM specialized in mediation. Presently, I manage one of the country's first commercial mediation centers and have closely monitored a large number of mediation cases. Having practiced as an independent counsel in various courts, I understand the issues involved our justice system. My enthusiasm for mediation drives me to help parties in avoiding adversarial mechanisms and makes them pave way for resolution of disputes amicably. I believe mediation is the most Appropriate Dispute Resolution mechanism and have personally had the experience of mediating multiple commercial and civil disputes. I am an open minded, level headed, patient and skilled communicator and have been able to convince various litigants/corporates/individuals to adopt mediation in their respective sectors. I am actively involved in spreading awareness about mediation and participate in various forums/discussions around it. I strongly believe that my varied legal experience, enthusiasm for mediation and my interest in human psychology, helps parties in having a neutral perspective for their issues.
