No Refund: Sama Legal Tech Institution does not offer refunds for mediation, conciliation, or arbitration services once the process has commenced. We are committed to providing a fast and cost-effective resolution to disputes.

  1. Courses and Trainings:

Partial Refund for Unstarted Courses: If a course or training has not commenced within two days of signup, a partial refund may be processed. The refund amount will be determined based on the original payment minus any administrative fees.

General Conditions:

  • Refund requests for courses must be submitted in writing to info@sama.live
  • Processing Time: Partial refunds for unstarted courses will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receiving the written request.
  • Payment Method: Refunds for unstarted courses will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances such as technical issues preventing course access or other unforeseen situations, Sama Legal Tech Institution reserves the right to review and make exceptions to the partial refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
