I am presently working as consultant and legal advisor with Keshwani & Associates. I am also currently member of Agakhan Regional Arbitration & conciliation Board for Northern & Eastern Region (AKDN) of Gujarat. I am an accredited Arbitrator and Mediator with India Institute of Arbitration and Management (IIAM). I served with Reserve Bank of India for more than 30 years and worked in areas of accounts, corporate communications, human resource management as well as in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). I worked as Manager for more than three years in the Office of Banking Ombudsman which is an alternative dispute resolution forum formed by Reserve Bank of India for resolution of complaints relating to deficiencies in certain banking services. Thus, I have vast experience in field of Banking, law and Alternate Dispute Resolution. I am Gold Medalist in Law. I have perused many courses / programmes conducted by renowned institutions in the field of ADR like course on International Commercial Arbitration conducted by Columbia Law School and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) – 2019 at New York, Certification course in Contractual Dispute Resolution Conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) in collaboration with World Bank & Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) 2020, Certificate Course in Arbitration conducted by Directorate of Advanced studies, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)– 2018, Pilot Program on Conflict Resolution and Negotiating Skills - Reserve Bank Staff College – 2019 etc. I am also certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.
