I have been trained as a mediator by JAMS(the largest provider of ADR services in the world) and by IICA (India Institute of Corporate Affairs) in Commercial Mediation. In addition, I have also undergone Advanced Mediation Training by ADR Centre Rome. I have been working for the Centre for Advanced Mediation Practice (CAMP) since 2014. I have done case management and convening while working alongside Ms. Laila Ollapally (one of the most renowned mediators in India). I am also a lawyer and an MBA and this dual qualification together with trainings from eminent trainers have helped sharpen my commercial mediation skills. Earlier in my career, I worked with Standard Chartered Bank and in my capacity as a Banker have been involved in commercial negotiations and dispute resolution with and for my clients.
