I am a practising Corporate Lawyer and ADR Practitioner with 7 years of practice. After joining the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru for PhD in International Arbitration, I worked with law firms and organisations in Bangalore. I practise at the High Court and Lower Courts in Karnataka and specialise in general corporate, M&As, Private equity and commercial matters, contract drafting, intellectual property laws, competition laws, foreign investment and trade regulations, banking and consumer protection laws and alternative dispute resolution. I have obtained certification from WIPO in Arbitration and Mediation.
