o My experience of over thirty five years as a Civil Servant (I.P.S) primarily revolved around the resolving of disputes either between two rival groups of citizens or between parts of the society and governmental agencies. Such situations warranted the effective and continuous application of the basic principles of mediation a which are now being given a legal and formal application. This skill arising out of experience has now been formalized by the rigorous training at the C.I.A.C., I.C.A., I.I.C.A.an MPSLSA etc Hence I am adequately oriented and prepared to be an effective Mediator. o As member of the Grievance Redressal Authority of the Narmada Complex Projects of Madhya Pradesh Government not only handled/mediated over two thousand complex Quasi-Judicial compensation cases and litigations but also imparted training. Attended assortment of training programmes ,a few being:-o Trained and appointed as Mediator by the Madhya Pradesh State legal Services Authority (MPSLSA) of Madhya Pradesh State.o Attended “40 Hour Commercial Negotiation and Mediation Training†September 2019 organized Indian Institute of Cooperate Affairs (I.I.C.A.) New Delhi o Three Day Course on DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION by The Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi in collaboration with The Swiss Arbitration Academy.
