I am Deeksha, an advocate practicing in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and District Courts. I am not only an ADR-ODR Certified Mediator, but also an IMI Qualified Mediator and have a profile listed on IMI Website. I have always been passionate about resolving the disputed through mediation/conciliation. I joined SAMA as a case manager in year 2022 and the reason for my association was the cause for which SAMA is working i.e reducing the burden on court. I have always wanted to work as a neutral and contribute to SAMA's vision of becoming new justice system for India. As a mediator I never give up on parties and help them reach a settlement. I have the right skills to help the parties shift from protentional to principled negotiation. As a mediator, I prefer doing SMART test so as to check whether the options that address parties interest and needs are workable and achievable.
