I have a successful track record of conducting more than 180 mediations at Delhi High Court and Crime Against Women Cell of Delhi Police at Nanakpura in Delhi, with approximately 50-55 % success rate. I am trained at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center in New Delhi and by Center for Effective Dispute Resolution, London, UK under World Bank Project by CEDR Trainers like Mr. Tony Allan, Ms. Heather Allan, Mr. Karl Mckaey, Mr. Dannay McFaddan , Mr. James South etc. In 2011, I was sent by the Delhi High Court to S.J.Quinney Collage of Law , University of Utah , Utah, USA to be trained as a mediator under World Justice Project. I have a fair idea of Singapore & Dubai Mediation Center and have also traveled to USA, UK, Singapore, Dubai, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Kenya & Nepal. I hold an eleven years experience as a mediator and 29 years experience of litigation in India.
