I have started my career since the year 1989 by associating with leading legal firms of repute and gained first hand rich experience while working with legal luminaries therein. Thereafter, I established my own law firm M J & Company, New Delhi in the year 2002. Besides being trained as a Mediator & Conciliator in the year 2009 by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, I have also been trained on Civil and Commercial Mediation & Negotiation by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India) in the year 2016. Done LLM in corporate laws 2015 – 2017. I have successfully mediated over 900 disputes in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and other legal bodies since 2010. Presently working in Delhi as an Advocate / Mediator & Conciliator in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (2010 onwards). Also running a Law Firm in the name & style of M J & COMPANY (2002 onwards).I am a trained mediator since 2010 and have attended various seminars and training programs conducted by MCPC, DDRS, DU, ABA and IICA.2009 Undergone training on ‘Concept and techniques of Mediation’ for forty hours conducted by Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee of The Supreme Court of India and has successfully mediated ten disputes under the supervision of the Delhi Mediation Centre.2012 Participated in the “Third National Conference on Mediation” organized by the Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee, Supreme Court of India and the Mediation Monitoring Committees, High Court of Delhi.2014 Successfully completed ‘Advanced Mediation Training Programme’ organized for Supreme Court Mediators at Manesar, Haryana.2015 Attended ‘ASIA PECIFIC INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION SUMMIT’ New Delhi, nominated by MCPC.2016 Undergone training on Civil and Commercial Mediation & Negotiation by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India). 2017 Undergone capsule training on Advanced course on techniques of mediation conducted by Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee of The Supreme Court of India for the selected & nominated participants from the different States of India. 2017 Undergone Training on Trainers (TOT) Program conducted by Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee of The Supreme Court of India for the selected & nominated participants from the different States of India.2019 Advanced Training Program conducted by Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee of The Supreme Court of India for the empaneled mediators of the Supreme Court of India in February 2019 at Manesar, Gurugram.2019 Participated in International Conference on Mediation 2019 at Convention Centre, University of Delhi and Umang Bhawan (North Campus), faculty of Law, University of Delhi on 6-7 April 2019 organized in association with the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India and ICSSR, Government of India.
