I have neutral suitabilities being a lawyer since I know how the weightage of evidence and facts are to be appreciated and in what circumstances. But as we know in Alternate Dispute Resolutions, one seeks to resolve the disputes in an amicable fashion in order to save the time and effort involved in the litigation. Therefore, my endeavor would be to apply the principles of amicably finding solutions rather than making it a complex legal point.
