I have participated as an (unbiased) adjudicator in National Parliamentary Debate, Insomnia 2013 held at IISER Mohali where I was adjudged a quarterfinalist. I have acted as a law clerk for Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Lok Adalat of Delhi State Legal Services Authority. As an officer (Advocate-on-Record) of the Apex Court I am duty bound to uphold the highest tenet of law, justice, fairness and equity. As an independent law practitioner, I can devote my undivided attention to the parties and their dispute at hand without any external pressure or time restrictions. Since I have no links with larger law firms or similar organisations etc., I am beyond influence of any third party. As a commercial lawyer, I have a commercial bent of mind that assists in negotiating agreements/reaching decisions that make business sense for both the parties. As a counsel I regularly appear for several leading PSU banks and therefore have a good knowledge of Banking and Employment Laws pertaining to Banks. I have appeared as a counsel for various parties in several arbitrations and mediations. I have also participated as an oralist in a couple of Arbitration related Moot Court Competitions. I have also participated in several Pro-bono legal service clinics organised by Delhi State Legal Services Authority and National Legal Services Authority as well as Jamia Millia Islamia.
