I am a trained Mediator and a practicing Advocate-on-record, Supreme Court of India for over 20 years. Have completed the required training of 40 hours by the Supreme Court Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (trained by Mr A.J. Jawad and Mr. Justice Sudhir Jain). Done over 25 meditations in diverse fields, most of them successful and am qualified to be accredited to the Supreme Court MCPC. Have experience in various fields of law including commercial, contractual, matrimonial, family, property, arbitration, direct and indirect taxation, labour and service, broadcasting. Even before training as a Mediator, have always suggested and aided clients in resolution of disputes out of court, specially family and business/ commercial disputes. Have studied Psychology, graduated in Commerce Honours and done LLB from Delhi University. Have also experience of working at the United Nations Compensation Commission, Geneva. Have been practicing as an advocate in Delhi for nearly 30 years and have my own law chambers with three junior advocates, besides support staff. I am primarily arguing and filing in the Supreme court and also in Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal, and occasionally at NCDRC. Worked for a year with DCM group company and for a year in Geneva with UNCC. Practiced in two well reputed chambers in Delhi for about 5 years before becoming and AOR and going independent. Presently on panel of private companies and Panel 'A' of Central Government, Public Sector Undertakings. Have experience in all fields of of law, civil, criminal, taxation, constitutional and specially in indirect and direct taxation, transfer petitions, Broadcasting, consumer cases, employment, Cheque return, landlord-tenant, commercial.
