I was selected to work as a Mediator with the prestigious Scheinman Institute of Conflict Resolution at Cornell University (September 2018-April 2019). Further, I have had the opportunity to work at numerous law firms, Government Departments, Office of Judges, and with Advocates in New Delhi in a wide range of matters where I have had the opportunity to attend a few mediation proceedings. I also worked as a para-legal volunteer with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, where I had the chance of participating in the organization of Lok Adalats (People's Courts), a mechanism for providing quick justice to people, and learn techniques for alternative dispute resolution employed by the Indian judiciary to reduce the immense backlog of cases. I was awarded a scholarship, funded by the Shanghainese Government, to attend a summer school on Chinese Laws which focused on Chinese family laws and labor laws. I was also awarded for my presentation on a comparative study of the marriage law of India, China, and Indonesia. Advocate practicing in Delhi , July 2019 onwards.
