I have the requisite legal as well as professional expertise of 8+ years. I have a good communication, managerial skill and am a patient listener which is essentially required for any effective ADR proceeding. ADR, being a consolidation of both formal as well as informal approach, also requires high level of confidentiality and secrecy but simultaneously maintaining a less rigid and more flexible approach in order to assist the parties to arrive at a common platform. The same can be assured by me.As ADR is an opportunity for parties to resolve their dispute outside the court, I can make sure that whatever harmonious resolution is arrived between the parties, non of the parties to the dispute would feel that they have lost but infact my efforts would be as such that all the parties to the dispute would feel that they have a win win situation.The key to a successful ADR proceeding is to gain patient understanding of the dispute and my focus is always on taking out the dispute which could be due to misunderstanding, misrepresentation, misinterpretation, wrong expectation, ego conflicts, etc. and not to create any undue pressure upon the parties. Clearing out the dispute and not bypassing the same has always been a key to my success stories.I also make sure that all the proceedings are as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act and if any settlement is arrived at between the parties, it is also in accordance with law of the land. I have been part of numerous Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation proceedings and have assisted many parties to dispute and the neutral’s. I must say that not all but most of the ADR proceedings wherein I have played an active role, reached there effective conclusion.
