Jaitegan is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, having completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Delhi and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has previously been associated as the Group Legal Counsel with Knowlarity Communications and was associated with Mr. Inderbir Singh Alag (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India). Mr. Singh has an extensive experience practice in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and Trail Court advocacy and various tribunals such as National Green Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribubal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Appellate Law Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and various other National and State Commissions and Authorities. He majorly practices in civil commercial transactional matters, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Civil Property Matters, Arbitrations and so on. Jaitegan has also advised domestic and foreign companies investing in distressed undergoing insolvency proceedings. Counselling on structuring investments into Indian Stressed asset space. Assisting insolvency professionals in proceedings against distressed companies. Advising international and domestic companies and banks on initiate IBC proceedings in India.
