I have received formal training in negotiation and commercial mediation, and accredited by ADR ODR and international organisations like SIMI, CMC etc. I have been working in the ADR shave for the past 7 years. I have also been involved on a voluntary basis with SAMA for organisation of Lok Adalats during 2020. I have trained several students across South Asia and Africa in the past few years in negotiation and mediation skills, and have extensive experience of participating in and judging simulations of negotiation and mediations.
