Suveni Bhagat

Since graduating from NLSIU, Bangalore in 2014, I have been litigating before courts and tribunals in Delhi-NCR, first with a Tier I law firm and subsequently independently, with a focus on civil and commercial law matters. I have represented many leading companies including Yash Raj Films, Bausch & Lomb, Dailyhunt and Peps Mattresses in commercial matters, as also individual litigants in property and family law related disputes. I am also empanelled with the Delhi High Court Middle Income Legal Aid Society (Civil Panel). During these 7 years, I have been a part of several arbitrations and mediations. In specific, I have helped in the successful resolution of many disputes as the representative advocate for one of the mediating parties. I was extremely active in ADR activities during my time at University as well - I was the Joint Convenor of the ADR Board, part of the top university teams in both negotiation and client counselling and winner of the Best Mediator Team, NLIU Khaitan & Co INADR Law School Mediation Tournament. During my exchange semester on scholarship at the Singapore Management University, I chose to focus on negotiation and have completed courses on Business and Contract Negotiation from leading experts in the field.Chambers of Mr. V.
