Roshni Chadda

Pursuant to my registration with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2013, I worked with an IP law firm and the in-house legal team of a multinational company. In 2016, I further honed my skills by working extensively at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. I was awarded the prestigious British Government- funded GREAT Scholarship to pursue Master’s degree in Law and Finance at the University of Leeds (UK) in 2017-2018. For my postgraduate dissertation, I delved into a topic relating to commercial mediation and arbitration. Pursuant to my postgraduate studies, I was offered a position with the Dubai office of Kochhar & Co. (“K & Co”). At K & Co, I have not only opined from a legal perspective on a variety of commercial matters but also gained practical experience in ADR. Last year, I assisted Mr. Rohit Kochhar in a mediation to resolve a dispute between the partners of an immigration business in Dubai. Additionally, I assisted Mr. Robert Sliwinski (a British DIFC-registered arbitrator) in drawing up an arbitral award in relation to a complicated construction dispute in Dubai.With my diverse work experience and extensive knowledge of ADR, I am confident that I would prove to be a valuable neutral.
