I am an accredited mediator with Indian Institute Of Arbitration And Mediation (IIAM). I work in Goa Mediation Center and use a combination of facilitative and transformative approach in my mediations. I have been involved in meditations and conciliations for the last over 30 years; I have participated both as a mediator and a Judge in International Mediation competitions including ICC competition held in Paris and CDRC in Vienna. I have also sat on the High Court panel of Lok Adalat to try and settle the court cases pending in the Goa sitting of the Bombay High Court. I have developed a training module comprising of basic and advanced techniques in negotiation and mediation for users which includes both counsels and disputants. It is a two day course of 8 hours each day with theory, practicals and simulations with appropriate video presentations.
