I was trained as a Mediator in 2011 by Gwalior High Court Bench. In Feb 2015, Hon'ble Justice Sheel Nagu informed us that Pre-Litigation matters can also be taken up, with the help of different Police Stations, Mahila Thana, SP Office, DM office, and Municipal Corporation office, sent their pre-litigation matters, out of which 150 Mediation in Gwalior high court Campus and 450 cases were settled in District Court Gwalior campus by me. All these cases were taken up by me on a Pro-bono basis and I have prioritized these matters over any other cases which were being paid because I like to work for the Access to Justice and would continue with the same spirit in future as well. Currently, I am a trained and empaneled mediator in the Gwalior Family court, also I am a senior counsellor in Parivar Paramarsh Kendra in SP Office Gwalior. In total, I have settled 1200 Cases till 11th August 2021.
