Abha Kashyap

I am the Managing Partner at Kashyap Partners & Associates LLP. With extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Business, Medical Law, IPR and Start-Up law, I have specialised in Corporate and IPR Dispute Resolution. Prior to my work in the field of law, I was an entrepreneur, managed a growing medical business in the US and in India, and was a marketing consultant for an international hospital group. I understand the workings and requirements of business, whether a new start-up or an established large business entity. My work experience of over 25 years, has allowed me to develop excellent communication skills, being a good listener, discreet, and understanding. When running a business and now in managing a law firm, I have had to handle conflict, conduct negotiations and make critical decisions by being objective, flexible and patient. I have worked with legal disputes and realise every dispute is different and requires a tailor-made approach. I work with parties to bring them to a mutually beneficial agreement through mediation or a fair and appropriate decision through arbitration.
