That I have seen many cases and practice in almost all areas like civil suits filing and criminal as well as appearing in High courts since last 8 years.Further due to this heavy works and tasks which included long hours spending in taking briefs and looking up on such cases from all angles and perspectives, I think that can guide the proposed parties to an amicable solution without having any kind of bias.There are already ethics in our profession as contemplated in Advocates act and rules apart from morals , which guide us to be neutral and unbiased irrespective of any type of case. That if one follows those things , then certainly things become very easy to be neutral, whenever required.
