I have been an advocate on record in several arbitrations for the last three years. I had the opportunity of presenting my case before retired supreme court and high court judges who were acting as arbitrators. I have closely followed the way they react to different types of claims and also how they react to different defences. I have appeared on behalf of claimants substantiating their claim and also in several other arbitrations on behalf of the Respondents, defending their claims. After representing in several arbitrations on both sides I can understand the agitation of both the parties to the arbitration and therefore would be neutral.
