My self practicing chartered accountant since 1994. I am a registered insolvency professional. I have done certificate course on forensic accounting and fraud prevention and also have Professional Certificate in Commercial Arbitration from Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM). I have been authored of books Professional Tax and Business Mathematics and also • Contributed in the book published in June 2020 by Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI in the name of “Judicial Pronouncements under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Series 3”. I have undertaken more than 10 assignments in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016 (IBC) as Interim/ Resolution Professional or Liquidator for various field of corporates. I am also a regular NCLT/NCLAT practitioner for the matter of IBC and company law. I have very rich experience in compliance, project consultancy, management advisory, Banking, contract act, taxation and company law matters etc. I am also pursuing for LLB 3 year degree course.
