Prakhar is currently working as an Advocate at Virendra Agrawal & Co., Jaipur. He appears regularly before the High Court of Rajasthan and various tribunals in Rajasthan on matters pertaining to constitutional, commercial, insurance, consumer and arbitration laws.An alumnus of the Five Years Integrated B.L.S LL.B Course at the Government Law College, Mumbai. During his law school, Prakhar was fortunate to understand the nuances relating to law from both the bar and the bench, by working with multiple law firms, lawyers practicing before different jurisdictions and Hon’ble Judges who were serving the Supreme Court of India and the Rajasthan High Court. Additionally, he also worked with Retired Supreme Court Justice and assisted him during the arbitral proceedings. He has a keen interest in the alternative dispute resolution processes, especially Arbitration and wishes to make a career as a Arbitration practitioner. He is an ’Associate Member' of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and member of Young MCIA, Young SIAC, CIArb, Young ICCA, YIAG-LCIA, AIAC-YPG and ICC-YAG, to constantly engage and network with like minded people. In his free time, he can be spotted discussing and deliberating on issues relating to domestic politics and international relations.
