Throughout my experience of working as lawyer for client, I had tried to convince client and opponents to settle dispute amicably. I have handled disputes dealing with Property Law, Marriage Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Consumer Protection Law. I have also undergone training for mediation organized by ADR ODR International at Jindal Global Law School. Through training and practical experiences of resolving disputes for client with diverse backgrounds, I have developed knack of understanding the interest of parties involved in dispute. I am looking forward for opportunity to apply my skills and experience in helping hostile parties to resolve their disputes amicably.In past, I have worked with Advocates practicing in Supreme Court and boutique IPR firm. Currently, I am independent practitioner based in Jalandhar. In addition, I am also working as TRIP Fellow & Academic Tutor at O.P. Jindal Global University that require to engage in academic work with Senior Professors and also consulting students facing difficulty in academic performance.
