Abundant experience in litigation in constitutional, civil, banking, socio economic offences, direct and indirect tax.I am a certified Mediator and empanelled as one by the Calcutta High Court in both pre-litigation and ongoing litigation mediations. Also, an empanelled Arbitrator with the Bengal Chamber of Commerce.I have been engaged in numerous mediations and arbitrations in my career which would be above three figures. As a certified mediator, I have conducted 15 mediation proceedings. I have conducted proceedings as a Court appointed Arbitrator in 12 proceedings and consensus Arbitrator in several more.As a recognised senior professional, I have acted as a Concilliator in several inter and intra social disputes in the urban diaspora which has involved, contractual disputes, matrimonial and other social life related disputes which I have actively tried to resolve with reasonable success.As the Assistant Secretary of the Incorporated Law Society, Calcutta High court, I have been actively been involved in amicably resolving disputes between advocates.
