My interest developed in ADR after attending an internship program at Bangalore Mediation Centre, where I got a chance to learn from Senior Mediators such as Ms. Lella Olapally. I have been following and studying about the developments in the filed since then, having a firm believe that a major chunk of disputes pending before the Courts can be well resolved through alternative methods. Mediation, I have found to be most fascinating area of practice. And disputes of commercial and family nature, are best suited to be resolved this way, than fighting a never ending battle in Courts. Without a formal training in ADR, I believe, having put in seven years in litigation alongside learning traits of mediation, conciliation and arbitration practically, that I can be a part of ADR revolution.
