I am a trained Social Worker and an Advocate. I have practiced Social Work from 1992 to 2004, and have been in law practice since 2005. I have completed the ‘40-hours Online Mediation Training Programme’ from ILSCA (Indian Law Society’s Centre for Arbitration and Mediation). I strongly believe that a facilitative process of Mediation can mitigate hostility and hostile environments and give an opportunity to justice in a cost effective and time saving manner. My experience with human relationships in various contexts, combined with my value system that all humans have an inherent ability to resolve issues amongst themselves makes me a suitable neutral.
