I have been practising as a Counsel for the past about 13 years. My area of expertise is civil litigation. Litigation is expensive and time consuming. Also orders passed in litigation may not resolve grievances of both parties. As a Counsel, I have been promoting settlement of cases by my clients. Several of my clients have settled their cases at my persuasion. To augment my capabilities as a neutral, I am pursuing the M. A. (Executive) course on Mediation and Conflict Resolution from MNLU, Mumbai. I have completed Paper 1 comprising 45 hours training in basic mediation skills in partial fulfillment of my M.A. Degree. Hence I believe that I am suitable for appointment as a neutralPractising as a Counsel in the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and the Hon'ble Bombay City Civil Court
