This enables me to facilitate the parties to resolve their difference by enlarging their common interest and helping them to move from their positions to their interests.I completed my 40- hours mediation training from-1) Indian Merchants' Chamber, Mumbai in collaboration with the Bombay High Court in May 2013.2) Indian Merchants' Chamber, Mumbai in May 2015.3) Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) on Civil and Commercial  Mediation and NegotiationMy professional qualifications include:1) A Trade Mark Attorney, a Visiting Faculty, an Invited Speaker, a Trained Mediator, a Certified Digital Evidence Analyst, an arbitrator for handling Indian and Asian domain disputes and a Techno-Legal Consultant. 2) Founder of M/s Cyber-IPR, a law firm specialized in Cyber Law and Information Security, Intellectual Property Management, Contract Management, Dispute Resolution, including Litigation and Corporate matters. 3) A legal professional with hands on experience in Intellectual Property Management, Cyber Law and Information Security, Dispute Resolution and Contract Management.4) A Trademark Facilitator empanelled by Controller of Patents, Designs, and Trademark for any start-up certified by the Start-up Certification Board.5) Experience of more than 14 years in Legal and worked for top-notch companies like Hindustan Unilever, National Stock Exchange (NSE) IT, Hutchison 3 Global etc.6) A former Visiting Faculty for Information Technology Law at Mumbai University and for Cyber law and Intellectual Property Law at Asian School of Cyber Laws. On August 1, 2010, I had given a presentation on "Digital Piracy" at All India seminar on Judicial Reform, Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, which was inaugurated by Shrimati Pratibha Devisingh Patil, then President of India and Shri Justice S. H. Kapadia, then Chief Justice of India.
