Proficient inhandling all kinds of property documentation for individuals for acquisition and leasing and as a legal retainer with a couple of Real Estate Developers and a Land Aggregator indepth knowledge of RERA and its procedures and appearing before RERA and RERAT. Experience in due diligence and investigation of title of immovable property for banks since 2005, for their loan against property and across their different departments thus having a good understanding of Banking transactions. Experience in handing complex family disputes, the matters range from, Mutual consent divorces, to Contested divorces, Annulment of marriages, Domestic Violence, and custody matters . In 2019, accredited as a Mediator. Empaneled as a mediator with the Family court in Mumbai also with Centre for Mediation and Conciliation (Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Maharashtra National Law University(Mumbai), is the first University to start in September 2020, a MA(Executive) in Mediation and Conflict laws, in the country, and is currently pursuing the same and will graduate in 2022. I have my own private practise of law in Property Transactions, Family law disputes, Banking laws and Civil Disputes.
