• Practices as a litigation Counsel and as an Independent Neutral Arbitrator and Mediator.• Has over 30 years of experience in litigation and arbitration in a wide range of dispute areas involving commercial laws, commercial frauds, corporate transaction disputes (arising from joint ventures, shareholders agreements, acquisitions and divestitures), large project construction disputes, shipping & insurance laws.• As a litigator he has represented corporate clients (such as banks, mutual funds, energy generation & construction companies, Indian and foreign multinational companies and Government companies) in numerous high stake litigations in the Bombay High Court, the Supreme Court of India , various specialized Courts, Tribunals and in arbitrations.• Practices both as a sole Arbitrator and as member of arbitral tribunals, and as Mediator in a wide variety of disputes involving commercial & corporate transactions, commodity contracts and project construction disputes.• Has served as in independent director on the board of several companies. • Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) • Fellow of Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators.• Fellow of Indian Council of Arbitrators
