In the 6+ years since graduating from WBNUJS Kolkata, I have worked in the dispute resolution practice at a Tier 1 law firm and have been subsequently practicing independently. My educational qualifications and work experience have given me an in-depth understanding of the law and its practical application while dealing with the commercial side of disputes. Throughout my experience, I have been exposed to several arbitration matters in the courts in Bombay, ad hoc arbitrations and one international institutional arbitration. Therefore, I believe that I can utilize my experience towards contributing to an effective and seamless dispute resolution through mediation.
