I have rich experience of more than 5 years in handling complex matters and representing Clients in arbitrations and mediations before retired Hon’ble Supreme Court judges, retried High Court judges and seniors counsels etc. Having worked at a law firm for more than 5 (five) years, I have gained nuanced understanding of, inter alia, arbitration law. By virtue of having represented Clients in such high stake matters, I understand the significance of the role played by the Arbitrator/Mediator and the skills that are required in such roles. Further, each role requires a different set of skills, especially soft skills. Therefore, I believe that in light of my experience, I am a suitable neutral.
