I am a practicing advocate since past 10 years with a vast experience in civil, criminal, matrimonial, service, labour and trademark matters. I was appointed Assistant Public Prosecutor for the state of NCT Of Delhi from 2020-2022 by Delhi Secretariat. In 2018, I was appointed as member (Legal) of the Internal Complaints Committee for the National Academy of Customs and Indirect Taxes, New Delhi for handling complaints filed under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. Having an elaborate experience in several fields and also being a Certified and Accredited trained Mediator with 55 hours training by the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation and acredited International Mediator by the Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, I have been a part of several court annexed mediations as an Advocate and have resolved them too. Hence, I am fit for the role of a Neutral to resolve disputes in a complacent manner.
