I have 22+ years of work experience across Banking Sector in areas of Corporate Banking and Investment Banking. I have worked in Financial Institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of America and ICRA Limited. My educational qualifications include an MBA from Emory University, Atlanta, USA (2002) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from NMIMS, Mumbai (1996).During my professional career I have successfully executed Mergers & Acquisitions and fund raising transactions, of over $600 mn of transactions. I am currently an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI, and working as a Senior Partner at one of the leading insolvency firms in the country. As an insolvency professional, I have been appointed by the Honourable Court as a Liquidator and Resolution Professional to find resolutions of assets with creditor claims of over $1.5 bn.I hold a Professional Certificate in Commercial Arbitration from Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM).I also completed a 40-hr Mediation Training Program and am a Mediator accredited by Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration (ILSCA), Pune.
