I have always been interested in making a career in dispute resolution. I get peace and satisfaction from resolving disputes. I have plenty of experience in the judiciary and the courtroom. I believe that the disputes that take years to resolve are actually pretty simple and can be resolved in days or even hours. In courts, the focus is way more on the process which dilutes the very purpose of the judiciary. I also believe that ADR is the future. The courts in the country are also pushing for it. Thirdly, I have completed: 1) Lawctopus's course on Online Dispute Resolution. 2) ADR ODR's Commercial and Civil Mediation. Lastly, I was also a mediator at National Lok Adalat, which was held on 12th March 2022. Also, I have good experience in all aspects of the law, including contract drafting, legal research, legal writing, litigation, etc. Therefore, I believe that these skills can be useful in ADR. I am currently retained as a legal counsel at iPleaders. I am also practicing in the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench.
