Over the time in Law School as well as Litigation in past 1 year, I saw myself inclined towards the need for importance towards Mediation and Arbitration in order to save huge litigation costs, crucial time of any of the parties involved, mutually agreed terms that arise out of the proceedings. Most developed nations witness a robust system of law, where parties often come to a resolution to settle the disputes on agreeable terms; which is a great way and beneficial to all.I have a special regard to both the concepts and wish to build a future in this after some years, and life is a forever learning process, which shall make me learn and execute better decisions once I am chosen to resolute the disputes of the parties and in order to save huge litigation costs and manpower.
