Nikhil Bamal

I am a graduate from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi who has been practicing primarily before the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court since 2019. In these years of practice, I have had the opportunity to work on various arbitration and mediation matters on issues ranging from commercial disputes to family/ marital disputes. While attending to mediations and conciliations, I strive to adopt a more facilitative method for negotiations wherein parties are driven towards arriving at amicable settlements.
