I am also an Intellectual Property Rights Advocate, having specialization in Trademark and Design Litigation and opposition, I have the opportunity in Delhi High court and District courts to work with a variety of exciting clients worldwide from professionals to start-ups to establish & safeguard their IP & Digital rights. Apart from being in the Panel of Judges for various leading Organizations, I have to my name 3 Published books in the field of Mediation and am the patron and publisher of mADR Broadcast, an online ADR broadcast, and have to my name various research publications in diverse fields.
