Aanchal graduated from Gujarat National Law University in 2014 and completed her Master's of Laws from National University of Singapore in 2016 where her primary focus was dispute resolution. Her areas of practice include advising on international commercial arbitration, domestic arbitration, civil and insolvency laws. She regularly advises foreign clients, Indian public listed companies, infrastructure companies and private parties on different aspects of Indian laws and has appeared before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Tribunals and various District Courts. She also regularly advises start-ups on their legal documentation. She has worked in leading law firms and litigation chambers. She has also been on secondment to a major energy sector player and assisted its in-house team in an international commercial arbitration seated in Singapore. As part of her private practice Aanchal regularly advises and represents companies, start-ups, and private individuals on issues relating to labour and employment laws, company laws, family law etc. and also regularly drafts legal documents including business agreements, petitions, policy documents, employment contracts etc. She actively participates in doing pro bono work for the indigent. As part of her volunteer work for Sayfty, she compiled the legal section of the Sayfty Survivors' Toolkit. She worked alongside a team from Nasscom to launch the toolkit as a mobile app (MyAmbar) as part of the Vodafon India Foundation CSR initiative.
