I am employee of SBI since 1984 and I had an opportunity work at various places in different capacities. It helped me to understand the core issues of stakeholders and enhanced my capacity to serve. On personal front I am actively involved in cultural activities, cycling, trekking, financial literacy, personal health movement. I have been assisting people to have amicable solutions for their disputes. I have also worked as an Authorized Officer for resolution of critical high value bank accounts for five years. There I started with mediation tool, I acquired training at IIAM cochin and got the accreditation. I have successfully resolved critical financial disputes amongst the Indian and International organizations. This experience provided me an opportunity to address the select mediators, Legal professionals from 27 countries on the topic " How can realistic settlement can be achieved on, financial disputes" at the 5th AMA conference, Jakarta. Pune District Legal Services Authority has invited me as a resource person for conducting mediation awareness programmes at various courts in Pune district.I am founder member of Council of Mediation & Arbitration, Navi Mumbai. I have been actively participating in various mediation activities as Mediator, Resource Person, Speaker. Personally I have been doing mediation activity on pro bono basis to propagate the mediation. Presently I am working as Director, State Bank Institute of Learning & Development Pune. I am member of Business Ethics foundation, Goa Management Association, Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science, Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, FPSB India
