I joined as a assisstant district attorney in prosecution department Harayana on 1December 1980 and remained as such upto 23.8.1984.Thereafter I joined as Sub Judge Cum Judical Magistrate in judicial department Harayana under the Punjab and Harayana High court at Chandigarh on 24August 1984 and taken voluntary Retirement from the post of additional district and Seesion judge on 1first May 2007 due to selection as President District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum and joined as such on 2.5.2007 and remained as such upto 1.5.2012.Thereafter I joined Chairman Permanent Lok Adalat for Public services utitlity ADR centre Faridabad and remained as such upto 23.11.2016. I was appointed as an Arbitrator by the government of Harayana Industries and Commerce Department and doing the cases under the provision of the micro, small and medium interpriceses devolepement 2006 and also I was impennaled as an Arbitrator in the department of BSNl Ambala.
