As an Advocate practicing across Hon'ble Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and various Tribunal ranging from NCLAT, DRAT, NCLT, DRT, NCDRC, SCDRC, and consumer fora, I have been able to understand the intricacies of the law as well as the concept behind how the law works.In recent years, I have specialized in DRT, NCLT, NCRDC, and Civil matter primarily recovery suits along with NI Act matters. I have been fortunate to appear on behalf of both sides I.e. Banks, Creditors, and Companies as well as Individuals, Debtors, and Guarantors which has allowed me to understand the dispute from both sides of the coin. I have appeared in hundreds of matters as well as court-appointed mediations and Arbitrations and have been able to make a lot of matters of my client settle via mediation and conciliation. A lot of times court-appointed mediators have even appreciated my attitude towards making my client understand the benefits of mediation instead of prolonging litigation.
