Anmol Sheth

I am a final year law student at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata, India. I received my mediation accreditation via the ADR-ODR Civil Commercial Mediation Training, and have interned at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, where I trained specifically in Cross-Cultural Mediation as well as participated in Strategic Negotiation programmes to further my skill base. I have also interned at the Association for International Arbitration in Belgium, which has honed my knowledge of Investment and Commercial Arbitration and helped me further my aspirations to promote the advancement of ADR on a global level.
