I am a lawyer , and due to my long experience of 30 years I have performed the role of negotiator and ,mediator .My area of practice is Civil , Banking & Insurance , & while working , I have tackled the problems of litigants ,who eagerly wait for years together for getting the result in their favour , but sometime they get frustrate after result of their long litigation and again there are chances of going the matter in appeal by the unsatisfactory litigant. So due my experience , i know how to handle the parties to the litigation , their temperament . Also I am a good communicator , good listener, good thinker /imaginative , & persuasive . I think I have the necessary qualities & qualifications necessary to act as a Mediator or neutral . Working as a independent Practitioner, on civil side including Civil matters like suit for partitions , Banking cases including recovery matters ,representing insurance companies , in Motor accident cases ,Life Insurance & other insurance cases in consumer Forums , State commission & National Commission have . Handled Divorce Matters , worked in labour courts, handled workmens compensation cases , worked as a court commissioner . Also have experience of drafting various contracts, Agreements , & deeds
