Having gained experience from international as well as domestic organisations in the field of ADR I have expert level skills to analyse/resolve disputes efficaciously and solution oriented. I routinely advise my clients on developing dispute avoidance strategies while entering into commercial agreements/contracts and regularly conduct arbitration proceedings of commercial, contractual, construction nature. I have advised major MNC’s in their dealings with customers in fields as software and IT laws, construction and engineering, technology, EPC projects, turnkey contracts, BOT models, international laws, compliance laws and liaising with foreign lawyers. I have a strong presence in various international organizations in the field of dispute resolution and experience of working with an international arbitration center in Singapore. I always pursue disputes with an approach to come up with solutions that are always unique in a practical way, versatile, innovative and witty, to emerge successful at tasks in hand.
