I am enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Rajasthan from past three years. I have an expertise in the matter related to Criminal and Civil Litigation and to be more specific in the field of Consumer Law, Matrimonial disputes, Money Suits, Negotiable Instruments Act related matters, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration etc. In all the matters and area of disputes I have to face the situation where the matters are to be taken before the ADR centers and as an Advocate and sometimes on behalf of our clients I have to attend the proceedings of ADR and the practice which i also adhere to as it leads to the faster disposal of the dispute within a short span of time which is also acceptable to the clients(generally) as they also don't want to attend the court proceedings which is costly and time taking. In my view ADR. As a Practicing Advocate i have the experience of the ADR environment and the skills required to act as a mediator.
