I am an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) and also a qualified Indian Chartered Accountant having my independent law firm by the name - Kansal Law Chambers based in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Academically, an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi, a first attempt CA, I bagged 6 Gold Medals and two scholarships topping in my LL.B. Professionally, I possess a rich and varied experience of more than 10 years across multifarious industries and sectors. My strong commerce, taxation, finance and accounts background gives me a huge advantage to resolve commercial, contractual, corporate, financial and economic disputes effectively and seamlessly. I have been regularly appearing as a Counsel in Arbitrations for Corporate houses and big conglomerates for a considerable period of time and I frequently visit the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for my clients. I have successfully undergone the 50 hours mandatory training and educational course conducted by the Registered Valuers Organisation under the aegis of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). I have presented numerous papers in International Conferences conducted by ICAI, SRCC etc. I have strong inter-personal skills, industry exposure, technological affinity, and negotiation skills.
